Velvet Hammer

This creamy treat features a sophisticated combination of orange and chocolate liqueurs.

Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill shaker about 3/4 full)
1/2 ounce white creme de cacao
1/2 ounce triple sec
2 ounces cream or half & half

Fill a shaker with ice. Add the creme de cacao, triple sec, and cream. Shake for about 10 seconds, and then strain into a cocktail glass.

Dirty Martini 2

This version of the Dirty Martini adds the "dirty" olive juice, along with the traditional dry vermouth, to the gin or vodka martini.

Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill shaker about 3/4 full)
Splash of olive juice
Splash of dry vermouth
1-1/2 ounces gin or vodka
Olives (for garnish)

Fill a shaker with ice. Add the olive juice, the vermouth, and the gin or vodka. Stir or swirl lightly, and then strain into a martini glass. (Note: Can also be served in a rocks glass filled with ice, if desired.) Garnish with the olives.

Dirty Martini 1

This olive lover's favorite substitutes olive juice for the traditional vermouth.

Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill shaker about 3/4 full)
Splash of olive juice
2 ounces gin or vodka
Olives (for garnish)

Fill a shaker with ice. Add the olive juice and the gin or vodka. Stir or swirl lightly, and then strain into a martini glass. (Note: Can also be served in a rocks glass filled with ice, if desired.) Garnish with the olives.
