Mimosa

This is a classic recipe for this popular brunch cocktail.

Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill glass) - optional
Champagne (enough to fill glass half-full)
Orange juice (enough to fill glass half-full)

If desired, fill glass with ice. Pour the champagne into the glass, until the glass is half-full. Top with the orange juice until the glass is full.
